How do I get started with personal training?

STEP 1: Book a free health assessment. This is where we get to learn about you and discuss exactly how we can help you reach your goals.

STEP 2: Let us design your program. Our team of experts will strategize and design a workout program that will get you the results you’re looking for in the shortest amount of time.

STEP 3: Meet your trainers. We give you a unique opportunity to work with our full team of trainers! Our entire training team works together to help you execute your program. Have a preferred trainer? Just let us know!

STEP 4: Get Ready. To make sure you are ready for your first workout, please bring a water bottle, a change of shoes, and a sweat towel.

How should I prepare for my first class?

Arrive early to check-in & meet your instructor. Please come 15 minutes early to check in with our front desk, and a team member will be there to greet you and answer any questions you may have. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle, a change of shoes, and a sweat towel. We look forward to training with you!

Do I need any previous experience to join a workout?

Do I need a membership to complete a body composition test?

You do not need a membership to access the InBody 270. Our body composition testing is open to everyone.
